R. Kelly's sitting behind bars, and it seems that members of his own team may be doubtful of his innocence as his own Crisis Manager stated on national television that he would not trust his own daughter with the star.

Darrell Johnson initially thought to be Kelly's publicist, was present during Kelly's now-infamous interview with Gayle King. On Monday, Johnson sat down with King for his own interview - and surprised King after she asked him if he would trust his daughter alone with Kelly.

"Absolutely not," he said. "I wouldn't leave my daughter with anybody that's accused of pedophilia. Period."

"That doesn't seem like a contradiction to you?" King asked him. "You're defending R. Kelly but at the same time, saying you wouldn't leave your own daughter with him?"

"I wouldn't leave my daughter with anyone," Johnson replied. "I'll say it again, (anyone) that's accused of being a pedophile."

Just hours after the interview aired, Johnson stepped down from his position, citing "personal reasons."
