Federal prosecutors are accusing R. Kelly of spreading the incurable STD, Herpes.

The disgraced R&B singer is not only charged with racketeering and violations of the Mann Act, but he is also charged with having unprotected sex with a young woman without telling her "he had contracted an infectious venereal disease," per Bossip.

In a recent letter to Kelly's lawyers, Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Geddes said her office had Kelly's health and medical records from Walgreens, University Health Systems and Urgent Care, which appears to indicate that Kelly had knowingly infected at least one woman with the herpes virus.

During Surviving R. Kelly, at least one of Kelly's accusers accused him of giving her the STD.

Kelly is currently facing 40-70 years in prison in Illinois stemming from state charges of aggravated sexual abuse brought against him back in February. He is also facing federal charges in New York and two charges in the state of Minnesota.
