Rap superstar Kendrick Lamar just bought a brand new mansion in Los Angeles - Manhattan Beach, to be exact.
When Kendrick was growing up in South Central Los Angeles, he probably never believed that one day he'd be living in one of the wealthiest areas of the city.
Kendrick's new home is a four-bedroom home in Manhattan Beach for which he paid a little more than $9.7 million.
And don't worry, Kendrick can afford it. His international tour for his album "Damn" wrapped last year with more than $62 million in gross receipts, the website reported.
Now onto the deets about his new home. The three-story, 5,350-square-foot home is perfect for a family, and that's good. Kendrick and his fiancé Whitney welcomed a daughter in July. The rapper has been renting and living in the South Bay for a while, but snagged the brand-new home in an off-market deal.
Lamar also owns a home in Eastvale, located in Riverside County, as well as a guard-gated residence in Calabasas where some of his immediate family lives.
