Phaedra Parks will be re-joining the cast of the Real Housewives Atlanta this upcoming season, MTO News has confirmed.
According to a top source in production, the Atlanta Housewives will begin filming again on May 19th - and the first filmed event will be Porsha's "Sip & See" party for her new baby Pilar.
And our insider told us that Phaedra is scheduled to make her first appearance at the event. The insider explained, "Phaedra was sent a call-time for the event, she will be there and will be filming."
Phaedra and Bravo are still working out the financial details of her return, were told. But her return to Bravo's top-rated show is a foregone conclusion.
And we're told that Kandi Burress, Phaedra's nemesis on the show is furious with her return. In an interview on The Breakfast Club a few weeks ago, Kandi suggested that she may take a break from the show if Phaedra returned.
At the time she said:
“In real life… If somebody says to you or says about you that you tried to drug somebody and sexually assault them… and it comes back that person was lying on you, would you want to work with that person? That’s how I feel about it. That’s kind of scary to me. Because in the future when things are happening, you don’t even know why it’s happening. But then you find out it’s a person off in the corner that’s been doing all these things. That could happen again. And they could do it better next time because then they know not to tell anybody else that could really let the cat out the bag.”
But Bravo executives are NOT worried about Kandi. Our Bravo insider explained, "Kandi doesn't make casting decisions. And we're not worried about her leaving either, she's not going anywhere."
This is going to be good . . .
