The mother of Migos rapper Offset's eldest daughter has claimed that the rapper provides "limited" financial support for their child.
Nicole Marie, aka Shya L'amour, has filed legal docs making several requests, including child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Kalea.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, she claims that the rapper has "provided limited financial support" for Kalea, but she wants an increase in payment or at least a consistent payment schedule.
"The journey of fatherhood was kind of tough for me at first," Offset told Haute Living while promoting his Father of 4 album this summer. "I was trying to find myself. I didn't have much direction on what it meant to be a father."
He continued: "I definitely made some mistakes, but I have no regrets... It's challenging when you have a career like this, and you're constantly on the road. It makes it tough to see your kids, especially when they're young," Offset explained. "Now that I'm older, though, I'm learning my way."
