Migos rapper Offset has been hit with a default judgment after he ignored a lawsuit stemming from a 2018 assault.
A fan attempted to get Cardi B's autograph at an event but was given a savage beatdown by the couple's security. According to TMZ, Offset had been ignoring the lawsuit while his wife had been responding. Now Offset will have to cough up some coins for snubbing the civil suit.
The video shows several men punching and kicking Giovanni Arnold as he's on the ground. All involved were cleared of criminal charges back in March, but Arnold also filed the civil suit.
The rapper may just be getting tired of being dragged into court. He was recently taken to court after he allegedly smashed a fan's phone in a local Target store. Both parties came to an agreement and the case was settled just last week. The monetary details about the settlement were not released.
