Nicki Minaj was forced to cancel her second European tour date, this time in Bordeaux, and fans were not happy - and began to chant "Cardi B" as they left the packed venue.
Nicki Minaj is citing "technical difficulties" and hopped onto to Twitter to explain to fans that the cancellation was out of her control:
"Why would an artist cancel a show & lose money? What for? When they’re already in the building, dressed, etc. The artist is just as mad as the fans when a show can’t go on. I love seeing my fans. Nothing can stop me. B4 the show, juice WRLD & I are just as excited as u guys are," she wrote on Twitter as fans began to post videos of the mass walkout.
The promoter appeared to back up the claims that the cancelation was out of Nicki's hands, claiming:
"The Arkea Arena of Bordeaux refuses that the show will take place tonight for technical reasons. Despite all the efforts we have provided, we are in regret to cancel tonight’s show. Nicki Minaj & juice wrld were at the room waiting to be able to give the concert," the promoter wrote in a statement.
Nicki has vowed to make the date up to her French Barbz.
