On Sunday night, the shocking scenes from the Real Housewives of Atalanta aired which showed an emotional Nene, breaking down before appearing to attack her costars.
Kandi and Porsha (who is pregnant) wanted to take a glimpse inside Nene's closet. Nene told the ladies repeatedly not to go into the closet and even ripped a camera man's tee who tried to enter it without her permission.
Fans reacted to the footage, claiming that Nene overreacted, but Nene is standing by her initial reaction:
Speaking on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,' Nene dismissed reactions to her brawl.
“How are you gonna overreact in your own home? If I tell you to visit me and ‘sit right there,’ you need to sit right there. You don’t have the right to go through my house and open up my doors, and go through my closets, my pantries, none of that. You would feel disrespected,” she said.
"The one thing these girls have? They are disrespecting each other’s homes when they go to visit them. Sheree’s house was disrespected. Kenya’s house was disrespected. When you come to my house, you’re not going to disrespect my home. So, they were not in the right! How are you going to be on anybody’s side except the owner of the house?”
