NBA YoungBoy Granted Bail In Utah

YoungBoy NBA is a free man after a judge granted the rapper's request to be allowed out of jail and bonded to his home in Utah.

The rapper was asked to post a $1.5 million property bond or put $500,000 cash into a trust account of his attorneys before he could be allowed out on home confinement.

He must also appear before a judge in Los Angeles this week on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm and be released on bond there before he can begin his house arrest in Utah on his Louisiana weapons charges.

"We are grateful for Mr. Gaulden's release and know he will abide by the bail conditions imposed by the court," his attorney said.

The rapper has been in federal custody since March 22, when the feds arrested him in California and returned him to Louisiana. A federal grand jury in Baton Rouge had indicted him back in March on charges that he possessed a firearm as a felon and that he possessed a firearm that was not registered to him.
