    The Cardi B and Nicki Minaj beef just went UP A NOTCH.

    This week - we're told that Nicki Minaj was ASKED to perform at the Grammys along with Migos and Cardi - to their hit song "MOTORSPORT."

    Nicki TURNED THEM DOWN and gave a generic answer. Officially, Nicki's people said they have "no problem" with Cardi.

    Well Cardi released this video shortly after learning that Nicki REFUSED to perform with her.
