For years there has been speculation as to whether Michael Jackson REALLY had the skin disorder vitiligo . . . or whether he was bleaching his skin to appear white.
Well a rare image is circulating online, that shows what Michael looked like in 1988 - without any makeup.
The superstar's face was disfigured by the disease - removing the melanin from HALF his face
For years Michael claimed that he never "bleached" his skin. Now we can see what really happened.
Here is the image:
You may remember, back in February, Quincy Jones spoke out about a lot of his past associates, including Michael Jackson!
"He stole a lot of songs," Jones said, citing Donna Summer's "State of Independence," from which, he claimed, Jackson lifted the riff for his 1982 hit "Billie Jean." "He was as Machiavellian as they come. Greedy, man. Greedy," he said. Jones also said that he used to "kill" Jackson over his plastic surgery, calling the late pop star's vitiligo justification "bullshit."
Page Six then reported that Michael’s family wasn't taking the comments of his mentor and longtime collaborator sitting down.
“He must have the first stages of dementia,” a family member said of the 84-year-old Jones.
Joe Jackson, Michael’s father, has a different take. He told Page Six that he believed Jones was “quite jealous of Michael because he’s never worked with someone with all of that talent.” He added that if there is a similarity between Michael and Summer’s songs, Jones himself is to blame.
