Michael Jackson’s estate is still upset with HBO after they aired documentary 'Leaving Neverland' and now it is claiming that HBO is helping Wade Robson take money away from Michael's children.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, attorneys for MJ’s estate say they litigated for five years with Robson and Safechuck and has “overwhelming proof that the two are not credible.”

The news comes just weeks after it was revealed that James Saechuck's alleged timeline of abuse was proven to be inaccurate and even the doc's director had to 'fess up.

“They are trained actors who made up their stories years after Jackson died, in order to sue the Estate, and try to take hundreds of millions of dollars from Jackson’s rightful heirs, his three children," the estate claims.

They also state that the doc was a “violation of just about every journalistic standard” that HBO, “neglected to even mention in [‘Leaving Neverland’] that the two are still pursuing claims for hundreds of millions of dollars from Jackson’s children.”

They also state that if Jackson were alive that he would have undoubtedly been able to sure and win a defamation case against them.

The estate is currently suing HBO for a non-disparagement clause that was breached and are seeking damages of up to $100 million.
