Actor Michael B. Jordan has a new girlfriend, Swedish singer Snoh Aalegra. Both of Snoh's parents are from Iran . . . but Snoh is telling fans that she's 'Black.'

The pair officially came out as a couple on Friday, when the Swedish singer released the music video for her single "Whoa," starring her new bae, Micheal B. Jordan.

Michael stars in the video, and let's just say, things get a little steamy for the pair onscreen. Over the years, Michael has shot down rumors of romances with many leading ladies, and has been linked to a few famous faces. In early 2018 the actor confirmed that he was "technically" single and waiting on Mrs. right.

The track is featured on Snoh's sophomore album -  and the accompanying video paints a very romantic picture of the two as they share a kiss in the middle of the street and slow dance together.

Snoh, who is 32, is of Iranian descent. But according to her - she's also half Black.

It's no secret that Michael B. Jordan has been catching a lot flack from his fans for not dating Black women - since most of his fans are Black women.

So some believe that Snoh is claiming "blackness" to help Michael's image with his fans - in essence PR damage control.

And here she is claiming that her father is a "Black" Iranian. Many of Michael's fans are skeptical of her claims however:
