Tennessee police announced that hip hop star BlocBoy JB is wanted by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office for multiple drug and gun charges. The Memphis rapper, real name James Baker, is facing u to 20 years in prison if convicted on all charges

The Sheriff announced Blocboy JB's warrant on Twitter. They tweeted that Blockboy is wanted for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, theft of property, and for being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

And the police want his family and friends to SNITCH on the rap superstar. They asked anyone with information regarding the rapper's whereabouts to contact law enforcement.

Here's the tweet:

Last November, he got into an altercation with German police while touring abroad after claiming they put hands on him. That is clearly unrelated to the charges in the U.S.

Blocboy JB is a rapper and songwriter from Memphis, Tennessee best known for his song "Look Alive" featuring Drake which peaked at number five on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2018. His other songs include "Shoot" and "Rover 2.0" featuring 21 Savage.

In January, BlocBoy JB became the latest artist to sue Epic Games over the use of his "Shoot" dance in Fortnite. The rapper accused the company of co-opting the "Shoot" dance and dubbing it the "Hype" dance. The rapper said that he invented the dance and popularized it through his music. He said Fortnite never received authorization to use his dance.
