Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" video was reportedly shut down after Meg's team failed to obtain the correct paperwork for the shoot.
According to TMZ, the LAPD shut down the video shoot for the single which features Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla Sign, because they lacked the proper permits to shoot in L.A.'s Mount Olympus neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills - after a resident contacted the police about the filming.
But the breaking news outlet is also reporting that Megan and her crew improvised and were able to lock down another location about 50 miles East of L.A. in Chino Hills. It's just like the Hollywood Hills ... of Chino, anyway.
Megan talked to Variety about collaborating with Nicki Minaj about her chart topping single which shot up to 1 on iTunes within just a few hours:
"I hadn't even spoken to her before. So, it was just so natural. She was amazing. She was so sweet," the 24-year-old said with a laugh. "I couldn't even believe she did it that fast."
