Meek Mill and Rapsody have been named 'Inspire Change advocates'" in a press release shared by the NFL and Roc Nation.

Inspire Change is the name of a new clothing line as well as a social enterprise model launched by the NFL and JAY-Z's entertainment company.

Items will go on sale during the 2019 season, which begins on Sept. 5.

The deal includes a "multi-tier, season-long initiative" called Songs of the Season. Different musicians will be selected to create a song to be used in NFL advertisements during the football season. The song will be made available on streaming platforms, and proceeds will go towards Inspire Change.

Jay's deal with the league has drawn criticism from some who feel that he has sold out - but Jay has always openly admitted to being a capitalist.

"The NFL's 100th season will kick off with a concert by @MeekMill and @Meghan_Trainor as they perform LIVE at the 2019 NFL Kickoff Presented by @EAMaddenNFL 20 at Grant Park in Chicago on Thursday, Sept. 5 on @NBC. #NFL100 #InspireChange," the NFL tweeted alongside a picture of Meek.
