Meek Mill is celebrating after a Pennsylvania appeals court overturned Meek's conviction in the old gun and drug case. He was also granted a new trial, - but a trial is highly unlikely.

Meek is officially not a felon!

"Justice was ultimately done," Meek's lawyer Joe Tacopina told Page Six. "Meek comes out of this as a spokesperson for reform, and he becomes the voice for the voiceless."

Sources connected to the case told TMZ it is "highly, highly unlikely" prosecutors will refile the case and retry Meek. According to the source, their main witness is allegedly a corrupt police officer with no credibility, and the case is 12 years old, and memories have faded.

"The past 11 years have been mentally and emotionally challenging, but I'm ecstatic that justice prevailed," Meek said in a statement per AP. "Unfortunately, millions of people are dealing with similar issues in our country and don't have the resources to fight back like I did. We need to continue supporting them."

And let's not forget Judge Brinkley and all the drama he went through with her.
