Police accuse a St. Paul, Minnesota man of raping his girlfriend’s four-year-old daughter and infecting her gonorrhea.

Arturo Macarro Gutierrez, 35, is charged with first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 years old.

The alleged incident occurred on Oct. 28. According to police, the child's grandmother called police last Wednesday after the four-year-old told her Arturo "pulled her pants down and hurt her."

The victim referred to Arturo as “daddy,” but he''s not. The grandmother told police that Arturo was just her mother’s boyfriend.

Arturo was seen, by the grandmother and others, in the bedroom with the victim. The two were in bed together and Arturo was allegedly making a “humping” motion.

The victim was brought to Children’s Hospital, where she tested positive for gonorrhea.

When a SWAT team executed a search warrant at the home where the incident occurred, they found Gutierrez hiding in the attic.

Gutierrez also tested positive for gonorrhea.
