NYC man alleged breaks a woman spine on subway

A NYC man is wanted for allegedly attacking a woman and breaking her spine, all because she was believed t gay.

The incident popped off on the subway - on the Manhattan bound E train, near the Forest Hills-71 Ave stop.

A portion of the incident was caught on camera. 

The suspect is Black man, 5-foot-11 and 220 pounds, and wears a black beanie and sunglasses in the video.

According to the victim, the suspect in the video called her a “d*ke,” because she kissed a woman goodbye on the cheek.

The 20-year-old woman - whose sexuality is not known - then began arguing with the man. But when she tried to walk away, things went from bad to worse.

The man followed and allegedly punched her in the back of the head. He then threw her to the ground, causing her to hit her head on the train floor, police say.

The woman was taken to a local hospital with a fractured spine. Its unclear if she will be paralyzed.

Police are looking for any information on the attacker
