A disturbing video was just leaked online, showing a New York man appearing to accidentally kill his girlfriend.
In the video, the man and his girlfriend get into a fight with another man. During the struggle the boyfriend appears to pull out a gun. Unfortunately he allegedly shot the wrong person.
Instead o the bullet going into the OPS - it hit his girlfriend. She fell down and subsequently died.
The video has gone viral. Its not clear what charges - if any - the boyfriend will face.
