After Jill Scott and Erykah Badu's Verzuz pulled in more than 700k live viewers and made more than one billion impressions online -- Swizz Beats and Timbaland have announced that Ludacris and Nelly would be the next artists to step into the virtual arena.
"Can we get that, Ludacris versus Nelly, can we get that next Saturday Timbaland?" Swizz Beatz asked Timbaland.
Timbaland then replied, "Yes, we can get that. We got that."
The St. Louis and Atlanta rap heavyweights have already started a hot debate online over who has more hit. Nelly is most known for his hit singles, "Hot in Herre" and "Dilemma," while Ludacris' is know for bangers such as "Stand Up," "Southern Hospitality," and "Money Maker."
It was being touted that Diddy could face off against West Coast legend, Dr. Dre -- but Dre did not seem too keen on the idea, and it's looking less likely that it will go down.
