Luann De Lesseps has admitted to drinking in court documents which is a violation of her probation.

The Florida Department of Corrections has accused the 'Real Housewives of New York' star of not taking her probation seriously per court documents obtained by Page Six.

The countess was ordered not to drink during her 12-month probation period, but “per her New York Probation Officer, [she had] an alcohol test conducted on 04/21/2019. [She] admitted to drinking 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago.”

She was then ordered “immediately enroll in outpatient treatment” but she “declined due to her touring schedule.” De Lesseps currently stars in a one-woman cabaret show.

But the Countess states that she is committed to clean living.

“I take my sobriety very seriously and like many in my situation, it is a daily struggle,” de Lesseps told PEOPLE in a statement. “I remain committed to doing whatever it takes to continue living a healthy sober lifestyle.”

De Lesseps, 53, pled guilty to felony charges of battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication after she was arrested that Christmas Eve in 2017. The probation was part of a plea deal to avoid jail time and staying sober was part of the conditions set by the judge.
