Lark Voorhies, the actress who played Lisa Turtle on the show Saved By The Bell, is now a blonde.

Lark unveiled her new recently on social media, and her fans seem to LOVE the new look on her.

Lark was in the news two years ago, when it was revealed that she was suffering from a mental health crisis. At the time, Lark had stopped taking her medication, and had began disassociating with reality.

In a series of interviews with People, the magazine inferred that it was clear something wasn’t right with Voorhies. The magazine said during the interviews, she would frequently stop mid-sentence and stare off, often mumbling to herself or to others who weren’t there.

But Voorhies says she is not sick and keeps busy by working on low-budget indie productions, recording music and self-publishing her own books.

When asked about her far-off stares, she simply says that she is a spiritual person and they caught her “in a moment of prayer.”

The former teen star, known to a generation of fans as the adorable, fun-loving character Lisa Turtle, denied anything was wrong, but after a series of bizarre pictures and video, some begin to question if the once child star was sick, suffering from some disease or even if drugs were at play. Voorhies adamantly denied it. Instead, her mother says, she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

After a healthy does of therapy, healthy eating, and medication, Lark is in a much better place now.

She recently posted pics saying that she hopes to return to acting soon.
