The judge presiding over Lil Mosey’s rape case has denied a request from Mosey’s defense team to use prior sexual encounters that the rapper and the victim had in the case.

According to the alleged victim, she went to a party to see the rapper and got drunk. She says she got into a vehicle with him where he “pulled his pants down.” She says that she agreed to have sex but then that she blacked out. She later woke up to the rapper and his friend sexually assaulting her.

In December, he claimed he had consensual sex with the victim twice. Once at a New Year’s party, and then again in a car. He says that the second time happened on the same night of the alleged rape, which she alleges happened later in a cabin.

Mosey pled not guilty to the charge, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and up to $50,000 in fines. He also received a sexual assault pre-trial protection order. He is not allowed to be within 500 feet of the victim. He must stay sober and not possess a firearm.
