'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' star Tommie Lee faces yet more bad news as she has reportedly been denied access into the court's mental health program.
According to TMZ, Tommie submitted a petition in her child abuse case to allow her to get treatment for a serious mental illness, which she claimed she was diagnosed with around the same time she was charged with child abuse in Georgia.
But the court has turned her down, citing her criminal background "make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court."
Tommie was most recently arrested after showing up drunk for a hearing in the case.
"I've been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that's been set before me since I've been home," Tommie said in a statement. "I've done all that I can do on my own to shake my habits, but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment."
She recently released a new single titled "Pressure."
