A judge has ordered that Lauren London be the guardian of her 3-year-old son's estate, her son with the late rapper Nipsey Hussle.

TMZ reports that their son is set to inherit $1 million from his now deceased father, who was tragically gunned down outside his clothing store by a former acquaintance earlier this year.

Nipsey's alleged killer, Eric Holder, was charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm. He is currently awaiting trial.

A judge also ruled that Nipsey's immediate family members are to become legal guardians to Nipsey's 10-year-old daughter, Emani. The breaking news outlet reports that Samantha Smith, Sam Asghedom, and another person named Angelique Smith -- have been appointed as Emani's guardians.

Nipsey's brother Blacc Sam was appointed the head of Nipsey's estate two months ago:

"[Nipsey's] passing has created significant media attention, which, in turn has presented potential time-sensitive business opportunities based on [Nipsey Hussle] 's likeness, right of publicity, and other intellectual property based on the media attention surrounding [Nipsey Hussle] 's exceptional life story and musical career," his court filing read.
