Kodak Black Files Appeal Over Prison Sentence - MTO News

Kodak Black has reportedly filed a motion, appealing his 46-month prison sentence.

According to a report from XXL, a document filed by Kodak's attorney's reads:

"Notice is hereby given that the Defendant, Bill K. Kapri, takes and enters this, his Notice of Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit to review the Orders, Judgment and Sentence entered on November 13, 2019."

The team has also requested that that Kodak be placed in a location that has a Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), meaning Kodak would spend part of his sentence in rehab.

Kodak was just sentenced to almost nearly four years in prison this month after he pleaded guilty to weapons charges stemming from his arrest at a May concert.

This comes right after reports surfaced that the rapper is trying to earn a college degree while behind bars as plans to sit for the SATs.
