Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey wants the man accusing him of sexual battery to reveal his name and not hide behind the anonymity of “John Doe.”

According to The Blast, Spacey is arguing that the "John Doe" filed documents improperly under a pseudonym.

The alleged victim filed a lawsuit against Spacey for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

According to documents filed by Spacey, pseudonym’s are rarely allowed in court, unless the plaintiff can establish a need for one - but Spacey does not feel like it is needed in this situation.

Spacey says he is more vulnerable to “threats and privacy invasion” and that the case be thrown out if the man is not publicly identified.

The "John Doe" claims he was assaulted by the actor while giving a massage at his private residence in Malibu.
