Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey is trying to get his sexual battery case thrown out of court once again!
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Spacey denies all allegations of wrongdoing in the case brought by John Doe.
Spacey is also claiming that the man has "suffered no damages attributable to any wrongful conduct" by him and reiterates that he "did not engage in any wrongful conduct, let alone wrongful conduct with malice or reckless disregard to Plaintiff's rights and feelings."
Spacey also wants his accuser to pay his legal bills.
As MTO has previously reported, the unidentified victim claims that in October 2016, he was assaulted by the Spacey while giving a massage at his private residence in Malibu. According to the man, Spacey grabbed his hand and forced him to fondle his genitals and made an offer for oral sex.
Following the allegations, Spacey was dropped from the popular show, 'House of Cards' and did not appear in the sixth and final season.
