A judge has dismissed a $60 million lawsuit against comedian Kevin Hart.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge ordered all claims against the comedian in Montia Sabbag’s $60 million are dismissed as the federal court found the lawsuit was brought in the wrong venue.
Back in February, Hart asked that the lawsuit be dismissed as he was not served properly.
According to Hart, a process server working for plaintiff Sabbag simply “drove by Hart’s home and threw a summons and complaint out of a car window in the sight of” a security guard stationed outside the residence last month.
Sabbag was the woman who appeared in a scandalous 2017 sex tape with the Night School actor. She claims that conspired with other defendants to film their sexual encounter before leaking it online.
She also sued his former friend Jonathan Todd Jackson, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and entertainment blog, Fameoulous.
Hart denies the allegations.
