Love & Hip Hop star K Michelle has been undergoing surgery after surgery, to remove the illegal substances she had implanted in her butt many years ago, when she was just a teenager.

Now after nearly two years of effort, K Michelle is proudly announcing that her journey of reconstruction is over.

She made the declaration to fans recently that her butt is officially silicone free, and her doctors have successfully "surgically reconstructed" it. She also said that her latest operation, which took place in Cali, Colombia - also helped her butt look more "normal."

But according to her, she does have a few more follow up procedures to complete. K Michelle explained to her fans, "The dent on my left thigh is from the tissue being cut out of me. I head back into surgery April 3 to correct all dents, but what’s most important is I learned to love myself with holes and dents and all."

Here's a pic of her new body:

K Michelle has some more good news for her fans. She just opened a new restaurant in Atlanta called Puff & Petals Lounge located at 367 Edgewood Avenue. Here are pics from the restaurant's grand opening:

K Michelle has explained that for five years (after her butt injections) there were no problems. But in 2017 K Michelle began to experience fatigue, migraines, and back and leg pain. Later, doctors found that the silicone had spread down her legs, "damaging her tissue and threatening her overall health," People reported.

Over the course of the past several years, K Michelle has had several surgeries to remove the foreign matter from her body.
