Judge Rules The Game’s Sex Assault Accuser Can Collect His Royalties From BMI

Priscilla Rainey, the woman who sued rapper The Game for sexual assault and won the judgment to the tune of $7.1 million, has been given the green light by a judge to collect her coins from his royalties from BMI.

According to BOSSIP, Judge Phillips transferred The Game's rights to collect the royalties to Rainey. This time around, if the rapper attempts to block the payments, he'll be held in contempt of court and could face jail time, the court papers state.

Last month, Rainey filed claims accusing Game of transferring some of his assets to his manager, Wack 100. She accused him of trying to "shield his assets" to avoid paying her.

At the time, both The Game and Wack 100 warned Rainey that she would not see a dime of his money.

"Last time I checked #Wack💯owned all royalties to born to Rap . 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ And I don't owe the b*tch a dime ... When the #CDC # has their # 👊🏾 who knows maybe I might lose in a dice game one day ... But as of right now Today it'll be right here in my little ole profolio," Wack 100 wroke on Instagram last month.
