Singer JoJo has removed Tory Lanez from her deluxe album after Megan Thee Stallion revealed him as her shooter.
A fan tweeted JoJo, inquiring about Lanez's presence on the album:
"Def took [Lanez] TF off," JoJo responded to the tweet. "LOVE RESPECT AND PEACE AND PROTECTION TO @theestallion" in another tweet.
"It felt like the right and necessary thing to do, out of respect and love for Meg," JoJo also told People.
Recently, singer Kehlani also revealed that she had removed the singer from her deluxe album.
"As someone with a large platform, as someone that people look up to, as a woman that makes other women feel safe and empowered, people were asking me, 'Are you gonna keep somebody on it who doesn't necessarily make us feel safe or empowered as a woman?" Kehlani told WGCI radio.
Since Meg's live session naming Tory, several high profile celebs have shared their support for her publicly, including Chance The Rapper, Wack 100, and T.I.
