'Pirates of the Caribbean' star Johnny Depp is claiming that his ex-wife, Amber Heard allegedly cheated on him with Elon Musk.
The deets come via a $50 million defamation lawsuit he has filed against Heard following a Washington Post op-ed where she claimed that she was a victim of domestic violence during their marriage of 15 months. Depp denies the allegations.
"Unbeknownst to Mr. Depp, no later than one month after his marriage to Ms. Heard, she was spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and Space X founder, Elon Musk," his complaint reads.
"Only one calendar month after Mr. Depp and Ms. Heard were married—while Mr. Depp was out of the country, filming in March 2015—Eastern Columbia Building personnel testified that Ms. Heard received Musk 'late at night' at Mr. Depp's penthouse.
"Specifically, Ms. Heard asked staff at the Eastern Columbia Building to give her 'friend Elon' access to the building's parking garage and the penthouse elevator 'late at night,' and they testified that they did so. Building staff would then see Ms. Heard's 'friend Elon' leaving the building the next morning."
Heard's lawyers have issued a statement to E! about the allegations, saying:
"This frivolous action is just the latest of Johnny Depp's repeated efforts to silence Amber Heard. She will not be silenced. Mr. Depp's actions prove he is unable to accept the truth of his ongoing abusive behavior. But while he appears hell-bent on achieving self destruction, we will prevail in defeating this groundless lawsuit and ending the continued vile harassment of my client by Mr. Depp and his legal team."
Depp's team deny trying to silence Heard and instead claim that they want her to speak which is why they intend to " subpoena and compel evidence from her, her three hoax-assisting friends, and Elon Musk." They are also claiming to have evidence to support their case, including video and photographic evidence as well as eyewitnesses to back up Depp's case.
