MTV's Jersey Shore star, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, was recently released from federal prison - and he's all bulked up with a ton of jailhouse muscles.

Unfortunately, though, it appears that he skipped "leg day." While the reality star has giant muscles on his upper body - his lower body is as skinny as ever.

Here's what his body looks like now:

The Jersey Shore star was released from prison just two weeks ago, after completing an eight-month sentence for tax evasion. While doing his time behind bars, Mike apparently though spent most of his time working on his physique.

“This is what it looks like when you turn a negative Situation into a positive Situation,” Mike explained. “#clapbackseason lost 36 lbs.”

Mike explained to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday that in addition to gaining muscle, he lost 36 pounds due to intermittent fasting in prison.

“I went to sleep every night at 10 p.m. I woke up every morning at 7 a.m. and did fasted cardio for about an hour,” he said. “I was practicing intermittent fasting while I was in prison. My window of intermittent fasting was between 16 and 17 hours on the weekdays, and 18 and 19 hours on the weekends.”
