Police also arrested a second suspect, 24-year-old Larry Woodruffe. He is not believed to have been the shooter in the incident.

Last night, Houston Police tweeted: 'The Jazmine Barnes Homicide investigation has taken a new direction. Detectives are in the process of interviewing persons of interest. More details will be released as soon as possible.'

Jazmine's mother told police that a Caucasian driver of a red pickup truck pulled alongside the vehicle and fired inside, killing Jazmine on Sunday December 30.

Jazmine's mother described the suspect as a bearded white male in his 40s. And folks suspected that Jazmine's killer was a White supremacist terrorist.

Well, now it turns out that she was mistaken, or possibly lying to cover up the true reason behind Jazmine's death.
