For years there have been rumors of infidelity in the marriage of Jada Pinkett and Will Smith. Now Jada is ready to address the rumors head on - on her Red Table Talk show.

In an upcoming episode of Jada’s Facebook show, Jada confirms that there have been definite "betrayals" in her marriage. In a forthcoming episode, about betrayals in relationships and how dealing with them varies between couples, Jada will speak with couple’s therapist Esther Perel and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris.

And in that episode the bombshell will be dropped. During a discussion on how to navigate your relationship once betrayal has occurred, Jada  makes a shocking admission. Pinkett Smith asks Perel about divorce alternatives: “What are the alternatives to divorce? Everybody thinks as soon as you find out there’s been an affair you have to get a divorce.”

Perel replied, “I’m not of that persuasion because I think there are many relational betrayals. Contempt, neglect, and violence and indifference and nobody tells people, ‘Leave, leave, get the hell out.’ And especially on women, it’s the real new pressure. God forbid you still love the person who actually cheated on you. Maybe that person is a lot of things and cheated on you. It’s like the shame of staying, now that you can go you’ve got to get out.”

This leads Jada to saythat she understands Perel’s perspective because of what’s occurred in her own marriage:

“I’m asked a lot about, ‘Is there infidelity in your relationship with Will?” Jada adds, “And it’s like, ‘No, but there’ve been other betrayals of the heart that have been far bigger than I could even think in regards to an infidelity situation.'”
