HBO has dropped the first trailer for A Black Comedy Sketch Show which premieres next month.

The show is a narrative series set in a limitless magical reality full of dynamic, hilarious characters and celebrity guests. The show presents sketches performed by a core cast of Black women, including Robin Thede, Ashley Nicole Black, Gabrielle Dennis, and Quinta Brunson.

'Insecure' creator Issa Rae is executive producer of the show. Issa revealed to Variety earlier this year that she was shocked to learn that 62% of 'Insecure' viewers are white.

"That threw me all the way the f*ck off," Rae told the outlet. "Which is great. It makes me want to go back in time and find that person [who said], 'No one's interested in watching these'" shows about people of color.

"Even white people are tired of seeing white-people shows," Rae added to even more laughs, "turning on the TV and going, 'Aargh, I know this story already.' It's overdue."
