Olympic gymnast Simone Biles' brother - 24 year old Tevin Biles-Thomas- has been charged with killing three people in Cleveland.

According to prosecutors, the incident occurred last year on New Year's Eve, when three uninvited guests arrived at a party in an AirBnB rental.

The men were Devaughn Gibson, 23, DelVaunte Johnson, 19, Toshon Banks, 21.

Police say the party organizers became angry when the uninvited guests arrived and a fight broke out when they were asked to leave. Eventually gunshots rang out, and the three men were shot dead.

The shooter or shooters fled the scene, and no weapons were recovered when the police arrived.

In addition to the three killed in the shooting, a 23-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man were also wounded.

Yesterday, police arrested Simone's brother Tevin in Georgia in connection with this incident and charged him with murder, voluntary manslaughter, assault and perjury. Prosecutors plan to extradite him to Ohio to face charges.

Biles-Thomas, who is on active duty with the Army, has been specifically charged with six counts of murder, three counts of voluntary manslaughter, five counts of felonious assault and one count of perjury, according to prosecutors.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley congratulated Cleveland police after the arrest in Georgia.

"The relentless persistence of Cleveland Police Homicide detectives helped secure an indictment in this case," O’Malley said in a statement. "It is through their hard work that we can begin to seek justice for these victims."
