Future's new album The WIZRD has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. This is the ATL rapper's sixth album to make it to the top of the charts. The other number one records were Dirty Sprite 2, What a Time to Be Alive, Evol, Future, Hndrxx.

The project pulled in 126,000 units, 15,000 of those were traditional sales. The album marks the last album owed to Epic Records, and many are speculating that Future could be going independent or even retiring from music.

"It’s a long road, heading down this road I know how to maneuver down. I know how to detour off this road, also. That’s The WIZRD" he told Rolling Stone prior to the album's release.
