French Montana has revealed that he has convinced Kim Kardashian to help him get rapperfriend Max B released from prison.

Kim recently revealed that she is currently studying to become a criminal justice lawyer and plans to take the bar in California in 2022.

Kim fought and won clemency for Alice Marie Johnson, who had received a life sentence following a 1996 conviction for a non-violent, first-time drug offense. Kim personally attended the White House in a bid to secure Johnson's release.

Max B was locked up in 2009 after being found guilty of murder conspiracy and robbery charges. He was sentenced to 75 years in prison.

"Me and Kim was talking about getting Max B home from jail," he told Zane Lowe during an interview on Apple Music's Beats 1 Radio. "'Cause she's doing the whole thing with (criminal justice reform)... So, like for her to even reach out and do that, I felt like that was powerful."
