Female rapper Dej Loaf has been plagued with "gay" rumors for her entire career - well now the rumors are confirmed. The female rapper is coming out of the closet, MTO News has learned.

Dej Loaf is releasing a new song called FOCUS ON ME - where she raps and sings about turning the "focus onto her." And she also "comes out" in the song.

An insider a Dej Loaf's label Columbia told MTO News 3 months ago that the songs was about Dej "coming out." The exec explained, "It's a coming out song. She's embracing being LGBT in the song."

Dej Loaf, real name Deja Trimble, has denied being gay in the past.

In 2014, Dej Loaf sat down with VladTV and addressed rumors surrounding her sexuality, saying she knows a lot of her fans suspect she's a lesbian because she wears loose clothing. However, she tweeted that she isn't gay, she just prefers to wear comfortable clothing.

Here's the new song. Congrats to Dej Loaf for living her truth:

DeJ Loaf rose to greater success in 2014 with her single "Try Me", which peaked at number 45 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The song was certified Gold on April 3, 2015 in the US. Later that year, she was chosen as part of the XXL magazine 2015 Freshman Class.

As a child, she often listened to music with her parents and grandmother, including "2Pac, Rakim and Miles Davis." Her father was killed when she was four years old. A self-described "good kid and a decent student" who mostly kept to herself, she began writing her own original music at the age of 9.
