Beyonce's father Mathew Knowles is back in the news today. In an explosive new interview, Mathew claims that Beyonce was sexually harassed at the age of 16 - by two of the members of the group Jagged Edge.
Mathew made the explosive allegations in a new Vlad TV interview.
In the interview, Beyonce's father claims that two of the members of Jagged Edge - both 22 - constantly "harassed" 16-year-old Beyonce and her sister Kelly while on tour. Beyonce reportedly called her father and told him about the alleged harassment, because they felt "uncomfortable".
Matthew specifically said:
"'Now, remember the girls are minors,' Knowles began explain during the interview. 'They're 16-years-old... the guys are 21 and 22-years-old. I have a fiduciary duty with minors, by the law, there's a certain way I have to manage that.'"
"I got a call from Kelly and Beyoncé... saying that they were constantly being harassed by two of the members in Jagged Edge," he continued. "I couldn't have that. I literally had to put the guys off the bus in Baton Rouge, LA. That began all of this drama."
According to Matthew, he jumped into action. Beyonce's dad claims that he went to the label and kicked Jagged Edge off the tour.
Mathew didn't name which two members but at the time, twins Brandon and Brian Casey were dating Destiny's Child group members Letoya and Latavia. The two remaining Jagged Edge members were Kyle Norman and Richard Wingo.
Before Vlad wrapped things up, he asked the talent manager how he handled a group of men trying to "sleep" with his daughter. "We won't talk about that on camera," the businessman said.
