Rapper Fat Joe predicted that the feds were after Tekashi69 months ago.

Earlier this year, he spoke to Tekashi on his Coca Vision podcast and warned him about the consequences of his actions.

"Can you control your friends? The police tried to set me up so many times ... 1 million percent they are plotting on you," Joe told the cocky, young rapper.

It hasn't even been a year since Joe's talk with Tekashi, but his words have come to fruition.

"I was just tryna' school him. I've been through that. I've had the heat on me. I was wylin' in the streets, so I tried to tell him as a young kid... It's my job. Because none of the OG's when I came into the rap game schooled me. They could have stopped me..." the "Lean Back" rapper told TMZ.

Tekashi is now behind bars, desperately trying to be released and is working hard to try and erase his gangster image.

“Daniel Hernandez is completely innocent of all charges being brought against him,” Hernandez’ attorney Lance Lazzaro wrote in a statement Wednesday. “An entertainer who portrays a ‘gangster image’ to promote his music does not make him a member of an enterprise.”

We're not sure the judge is going to buy that one...
