Will Smith sounds like a real PIECE OF WORK.
The actor gave an interview, where he made some very CONTROVERSIAL comments about his marriage. Will believes that it should not be a person’s responsibility to fulfill the happiness of another person.
He said, “Whether or not a person is happy is deeply and totally and utterly out of your control.”
He also admits that one day he told his wife that he was officially done with trying to make her happy.
“I remember the day I retired. I literally said to Jada: That’s it. I retire. I retire from trying to make you happy.”
His inspiration videos have become a staple of Instagram earning him thousands of retweets. The video in question was actually a video about self-love and making yourself happy. Which makes sense. If you can't make yourself happy, then nobody can. Everything has got to start from within.
The "I Am Legend" star regularly shares pearls of wisdom about his marriage.
In December, he posted a picture of the couple with the following message:

I’ve learned to take pleasure in Nourishing YOUR dreams... Rather than wrestling with you to Fulfill my Selfish Needs & Satiate My Insecurities.
I have learned that Love is Listening. Love is Giving. Love is Freedom. Happy Anniversary, My Queen! I am forever Devoted to Nurturing your Deepest Truth."
We are sure that there's nothing to worry about here. While the words sounded harsh, the sentiment wasn't intended to be...
