Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada has revealed that she considers herself to be Afro Latina after being called out by viewers for being racist and a bully.

During a recent sit down with Just A Sip, Evelyn said the following:

"I consider myself an Afro-Latina…I have back-tracked my roots, so I know where I come from. So, you know, I have a little bit of everything. It's funny 'cause on this season, somebody was like, 'B*tch, you think you Black.' And I've never had anybody tell me that. And I was so offended, 'cause I didn't know what that meant," she explained.

"I'm like, 'I think I'm Black?' You know, I grew up in New York! I know where I come from! I've done DNA tests just to know, but I wanna be able to tap into that more. I'm proud to be Puerto Rican, and from New York, and Afro-Latina, and all that good stuff."

Her remarks come after Evelyn was accused of racism by viewers. After referring to cast member Cece as "Lee Lee," she was also blasted by fans after using a monkey emoji after commenting on OG.
