Donald Trump Jr. hopped onto Twitter to promote Kanye West's new album, Jesus Is King, and while most artists would be mortified, Ye will most likely be ecstatic about the news.
"Kanye West is cracking the culture code," Trump wrote in a tweet sharing the album's cover art. "@kanyewest's new album #JesusIsKing is the epitome of fearless creativity and 'dangerous, unapproved' ideas. Leftists always try to silence those who are speaking truth. They're waging a war on our family and culture. Kanye is a pioneer."
Trump-supporter West released the album on Friday, but Twitter immediately panned the project.
"I've spread a lot of things. There was a time I was letting you know what high fashion had done for me, I was letting you know what the Hennessey had done for me, but now I'm letting you know what Jesus has done for me, and in that I'm no longer a slave, I'm a son now, a son of God. I'm free. The most space that I had to think is when I went to the hospital," West said of the album during an interview with Zane Lowe last week.
One thing's for sure... Trump just guaranteed Ye some extra streams.
