The custody battle between Djimon Honsou and his babys mother Kimora Lee Simmons may have just gotten more complicated.

A new video circulating on social media shows footage of Djimon's son Kenzo kissing his step father on the lips during the child's birthday party. The kiss was clearly innocent - but it has people all over social media up in arms over it.

Here's the video, showing the kiss at 3:10.

Kimora and Djimon are in the midst of a custody battle over son Kenzo. According to reports, Djimon believes that his ex has been keeping Kenzo from him.

Two weeks ago, the "Avengers: Endgame" star was seen on video complaining that he didn't get to see his son on Father's Day, and heavily implied that Kimora was responsible for keeping the child away from him.

"It would have bee nice to see my son on Father's Day," he told photographers.

Here are some of the comments on Twitter about the video:

That pic makes me uncomfortable.

Kimora has her kids calling their step dad " daddy" and using his last name. I can't believe the biological fathers don't have a problem with this.

I'm still trying to understand what's really goins on! First it was the pic of the daughter graduating, with Stepdad's last name added in the caption. Now, Djimon claims he hasn't seen son in some time.

WTF is going on with Kimora?

Hounsou was born in Cotonou, in what is now Benin, to Albertine and Pierre Hounsou, a cook. He immigrated to Lyon in France at the age of twelve with his brother, Edmond. Soon after arriving in France, Hounsou dropped out of school and became homeless for a time. A chance meeting with a photographer led to Hounsou being introduced to fashion designer Thierry Mugler, who encouraged Hounsou to pursue a modeling career.
