Diddy is not taking sides in the ongoing beef between Drake and Kanye West.
“I listened to both these albums, and first of all, I just wanna say that you guys are true kings of creativity,” Diddy said in the video.
“Both of you guys are so special and necessary. Thank y’all for the inspiration. I wanna make sure that what Hip Hop knows is the reach and the power that we have. I really want to take my hat off to both of these brothers for sharing their truth,” he says.
Although he says he loves both albums — in the video, he was listening to Kanye’s “Pure Souls” featuring Roddy Ricch. Kanye’s album is currently number one on the Billboard charts. Fans are waiting to see whether Drake will be able to kick him off the top spot.
DIDDY SHOWS OFF HIS QUARANTINE BEARD
He is projected to move 575,000 and 625,000 equivalent album units — which means he could, and probably will, outsell Kanye.
