Demi Lovato's new boyfriend is facing a wealth of financial troubles.

According to RadarOnline, Henry Levy is facing yet another lawsuit for breach of contract, after failing to pay for services rendered.

Radar obtained the court documents from Ventura County Superior Court, Bibby Financial Services, which is a company that purchases accounts from businesses, sued Levy and his clothing company Enfants Riches Déprimés.

“During the course of collecting on its assigned accounts, Plaintiff discovered that ERD was contacting its Account Debtors, instructing them not to pay Plaintiff, re-directing payments to itself, collecting and retaining payments from its account Debtors, and failing to remit the collected payments to Plaintiff,” the complaint alleged.

The Plaintiff is demanding ERD “cease and desist” and wants all of the payments to be returned. The amount in damages is reported to be

over $310,280.74.

Levy denies the claims and says that he did not consent to the contract.

“The damages alleged in the complaint were directly and proximately caused by the negligence, carelessness, fault, recklessness, lack of due care, breach of contract, deceit, fraud and other conduct, of third parties, employees, servant or contractors, for which Defendants are not responsible,” the answer read.

The suit comes just after it was revealed that Levy is being sued by a former employee, Brendan Thompson, a former employee of Levy's clothing company Enfants Riches Déprimés, sued Levy in July, accusing him of drug use, racist remarks, fraud, failure to pay overtime wages, defamation and more, Radar Online reports.

Thompson is seeking $5,000,000 in damages.

Levy has been in and out of rehab for substance abuse issues since the age of 15.
